Mother

Time flew by so quickly that before I knew it I was looking at my watch which marked 1:35 p.m. meaning I had to get going home to put all the groceries away and head right to the cafe. I arrived home at 2:45, put away all the groceries in 5 minutes making it 2:50 and left for the cafe which is 7 minutes away meaning i would be there 3 minutes early.  Once I arrived I sent a text to my sister and just like I thought she beat my by 2 minutes, dang. 

Hitori: Hey I'm here where are you?

May♡: I'm already inside 😼 I was here 5 minutes early 😎

Hitori: You've beat me today but there won't be a next time I promise you that😒

May♡: You wish.

Hitori: I just saw you

Hitori: heading over there

I put my phone in my back pocket and make my way over to my younger sister. I was walking towards when suddenly I spot someone beside her. "Hello...? Didn't know you'd be here, mother" I scoffed as I came to a halt in front of a chair. "Well, your sister wanted me to be part of the wedding preparations" mother grimaced as she patted the seat next to her directing me to seat next to her, but I just turn to the other side and sat beside May who was across our mother. " I rather sit next to May so we can talk better." May, seeing as things were tense, tried to lighten the mood by asking me if I had eaten yet. "Yes I had some food at the store when I was making groceries. What about you have you eaten?" I asked. "Ah, yes, yes I did mom and I ate at noon." Mother smiled hearing May calling her 'mom' and then looked at me. "What did you eat dear?" She inquired. "I ate a burger mother" I smiled as genuenly as I could. Her fake smile quivered threatening to break into a bunch of curses but it remained unmoving. "Well then, seeing as how we've all eaten how about we start with discussing bridesmade dresses!" May chimed in. "Ah yes! lets." mother agreed.
